Dr. Frederik Bockelmann studied law at the University of Passau, the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) and the University of Cologne.
After completing his legal clerkship in Cologne, Dr. Frederik Bockelmann worked for several years as an associate of a lawyer who was exclusively admitted to practice before the Federal Court of Justice. He dealt with complex and in some cases highly unresolved issues, particularly in the area of capital investment law.
In addition, he successfully completed the specialist training course for banking and capital market law.
Dr. Frederik Bockelmann has been a lawyer since 2007. Since 2011, he has been working for CBH in the banking and capital market law team headed by Paul H. Assies. He advises and represents savings banks, banks and investment brokers in all questions of banking and banking supervisory law.
