Gabriele Kaeser studied law at the University of Regensburg and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and completed her training as a mediator at the Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin Akademie für Mediation, Soziales und Recht. She works in CBH's Stuttgart office.
Following the successful completion of the specialist lawyer's course for inheritance law, Gabriele Kaeser advises primarily in inheritance and corporate law, starting with the private structuring of succession planning through last will and testamentary dispositions or intergenerational contracts, through to the development of succession clauses under company law and the support of corporate transfers to the next generation.
Gabriele Kaeser also specialises in advising on insurance law issues and assisting in the event of a claim, examining insurance conditions and advising on questions of insurance contract and insurance supervisory law. Here she has expertise as a long-standing in-house counsel for an insurance company.
Gabriele Kaeser is available both for the necessary judicial enforcement or defence of claims and for assisting consensual, out-of-court solutions to conflicts as a mediator. Gabriele Kaeser is a member of the Steinbeis Mediation Forum e. V.
