Dr. Carolin Dahmen studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and the University of Cologne. After completing her first state examination, she worked for CBH in the fields of public and private building law while still pursuing her doctorate.
Dr. Carolin Dahmen completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with a post in English-speaking countries. During the attorneys' days of the traineeship, she deepened her knowledge of private building law at a law firm specialising in building law, which is also active nationwide.
Dr. Carolin Dahmen advises clients in the field of private construction law. In doing so, she also works for construction companies, building owners including developers and specialists.
In addition to drafting contracts and providing advice during construction, Dr. Carolin Dahmen represents her clients both out of court and in the construction process. A special focus of her work is in the area of supplemental management.
Dr. Carolin Dahmen is the author of various publications on private building and architectural law.
