Dr. Markus Vogelheim studied at the universities of Trier and Cologne. After his admission to the bar in 1998, he worked for two years in a Cologne building law boutique before joining the Manfred Haesemann and Arnd Holzapfel team in 2000.
Dr. Markus Vogelheim specializes in the nationwide supervision of infrastructure construction projects and advises among other things on the construction of airports, tunnels and civil engineering projects. He is a member of STUVA. Another speciality of his work is in the law of architects and engineers.
Dr. Markus Vogelheim is a lecturer in procedural law at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. He is a member of the German Institution for Arbitration. (DIS) and conducts arbitration proceedings in accordance with various arbitration rules as arbitrators or representatives of the parties.
The JUVE Handbook for Commercial Law Firms identifies Dr. Markus Vogelheim as one of the "leading partners in private construction law (41 - 50 years)".
Dr. Markus Vogelheim is the author of various books and articles. He regularly gives lectures on private building and architectural law.
