Manfred Haesemann has been a member of the law firm since 1977 and has been a name partner since 1985. During his studies (University of Cologne) he specialized in administrative law and building and land law. This was accompanied by intensive communal political activities between 1974 and 1984, where Manfred Haesemann concentrated mainly on urban development and urban planning.
After taking up his legal work as a lawyer, Manfred Haesemann relied from the outset on comprehensive support for his clients in all construction and real estate issues, both public and private construction law. Manfred Haesemann is highly specialized in both areas. He has been a specialist lawyer for administrative law since 1985.
A particular specialisation is the right of way (roads, pipelines, subway) and the complete legal support of development plans. To this end, highly qualified teams of specialists are assembled for the respective planning questions.
For more than 35 years, Manfred Haesemann has been working in infrastructure projects of the federal government, state and regional associations, cities and municipalities as well as private investors.
