While studying law at the University of Cologne and completing his legal clerkship, Paul M. Kiss worked for CBH as a research assistant until he was admitted to the bar in 1995.
For many years, Paul M. Kiss has focused on advising and drafting contracts in the entire area of real estate law. His specialisation includes the support and negotiation of commercial rental and lease agreements as well as the drafting of real estate leasing and heritable building lease contracts. In addition to renowned real estate investors and portfolio owners, his clients also include major chain stores. The scope of his day-to-day business includes legal real estate management, brokerage and property development law as well as topics of energy contracting and the handling of tax issues relating to real estate.
Paul M. Kiss is the author of the chapters "Lease Law" and "Brokerage Law" in the 24th edition of the form book "Kersten/Bühling", regularly publishes on brokerage and commercial tenancy law and holds training seminars on commercial tenancy law and real estate transaction law. He is a member of the gif "Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V.", the DFJV "Deutscher Fachjournalistenverband" and the joint committee for real estate economics of the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Cologne and Bonn/Rhein-Sieg.
