Kamil Niewiadomski studied law at the University of Cologne, majoring in labour law. He then completed his legal clerkship at the German Sport University Cologne, a renowned Cologne law firm specialising in employment law and a law firm in Cape Town, South Africa.
He also played football at pre-professional level, including in the junior teams of FC Köln and Alemannia Aachen; most recently for the then regional league team FC Hennef 05.
Since 2016, he has been working for CBH as a lawyer in the practice group "Human Resources + Social Affairs". He advises both employers and employees on all aspects of labour law. His areas of expertise include advising employers’ ongoing human resources work, contract drafting and litigation. Further emphasis is the legal support of tendency enterprises, athletes and sports clubs.
