Tomislav Santon studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, majoring in employment law. He completed his legal clerkship in the District Court of Stuttgart in two large international business law firms, among others. After completing his second state examination, Tomislav Santon worked as a research assistant/lecturer at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim and as a lawyer in a law firm specialising in employment law in Stuttgart. In addition, Tomislav Santon completed his Master's degree in employment law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster.
Tomislav Santon has been working as an attorney at CBH's Human Resources + Social Services Practice Group since June 2017 and advises on all questions of individual and collective labour law together with its social and company law interfaces. The focus is on drafting contracts under labour law, solving practical issues in cases of temporary employment, co-determination within the company, the establishment and termination of employment relationships and the related nationwide litigation.
In addition, Tomislav Santon gives lectures, seminars and training for personnel department employees and regularly writes articles for employment law journals.
