Christian Neef studied law at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and completed his legal clerkship at the Celle Higher Regional Court.
After his admission to the bar in 2009, he worked for a Hamburg law firm specialising in competition and copyright law. Together with the partners of this law firm, he founded a law firm focused exclusively on the fields of competition and copyright law and representing well-known music artists, producers and composers as well as labels and music publishers in this field.
In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of this company. Two years later, Christian Neef was awarded the title of specialist lawyer in copyright and media law.
Christian Neef has been working for CBH Rechtsanwälte since 2017 and represents internationally operating companies in the fields of trademark and design law as well as in the fields of competition and copyright law. In doing so, he not only advises clients, but also acts in a forensic capacity.
