Dr. Karina Grisse studied law in Bonn, Århus and Edinburgh (LL. M.). She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne with a post abroad in Seoul. Subsequently, during her doctoral studies at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition at that time held by Prof. Dr. Leistner LL. M.
Since being admitted to the bar in 2017, Dr. Karina Grisse has been supporting the CBH practice group Intellectual Property and Media. She advises domestic and foreign companies on judicial and extrajudicial questions of copyright, media and competition law.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Karina Grisse publishes on various topics of intellectual property, copyright and data protection law and holds lectures and seminars. She is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright Law. (GRUR).
