Nadja Siebertz studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn and during a number of stays abroad, laid the foundations for her international work today.
She has been working for CBH since 2001, specialized in the field of Industrial Property Law/ Intellectual Property. Apart from supporting clients on issues of Competition Law, a particular focus of her professional activity is advising and representing clients in Germany and abroad on all aspects of the Law on Trademarks and Signs.
Nadja Siebertz is a Certified Specialist in Industrial Property Law and lectures at the Media Law Research Department of the Technical University of Cologne as well as at the Fernuniversität Hagen. She regularly holds seminars and is the author of specialist publications on Industrial Property Law and Trademark Law.
As a mediator and trained business mediator she also focuses on intellectual property. She is a member of the Centrale für Mediation.
Since 2006/2007 Nadja Siebertz has been continuously mentioned in the JUVE Handbook as a lawyer frequently recommended in the field of Trademark and Competition Law (e. g. the JUVE Handbook 2015/2016 quotes a client with the statement "very high national and international standards competence in trademark law, very precisely and always considering the cost-benefit-relationship").
