Niklas Kinting joined CBH in 2008 as an attorney-at-law in the field of intellectual property, media and IT law. His legal practice focuses on the areas of technical property rights and information technology law. He advises our clients on patent and invention law disputes, the introduction of incentive and inventor remuneration systems as well as the drafting of licensing agreements and development cooperations. In the field of information technology law, he supports hardware and software implementation projects (e. g. ERP, CRM, LVS, MFR, PCS) and advises on licensing law (e. g. open source, license audit) as well as on questions of data protection law. Logistics and process automation projects are a special field of expertise.
